In this podcast Jerry Seiden continues the topic of self-discovery for ADDers. He notes how many of us define ourselves by possessions, occupations, reputations, etc. But he underscores the reality that we are not defined by what we have, what we do, or what others say. We are defined by who we are ... like the Creator who was self-defined as "I AM." Why is this important? Because who we are defines what we do. Like a beaver. I don't ask a beaver what we he! Duh! This is the 2nd of 3 parts.

This realitycheck targets some of the most important issues in the ADDers life and hope for a better furture. This is the 1st of 3 parts.
