Awaaz Anjane wishes all moms around the world a very happy Mothers' day. While commerce associates gifts, brunches, and dinners as the only worthwhile form of commemoration, it is our children themselves who make up those Mothers' moments. This episode celebrates the joy that parenthood brings through the performances of two talented youngsters, brought up in USA and ardent lovers of Hindi Music. Lack of understanding of Hindi does not prevent Akshay Hari of Pittsburgh from shining in Jab Se Tere Naina and Bol Na Halke Halke. His favorite stars are Sonu Niigam and Himesh Reshammiya. Smita Ravichandran of New York uses her training in Western and Hindustani classical to sing with aplomb Babuji Dheere Chalna and O Meri Sona. In the next episode we will cover the musical extravaganza being organized by the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation. Happy Listening!
