Simply put it, the Boston Celtics won the 2008 NBA championship. They did it with high expectations from fans, media and analysts. They defeated the L.A. Lakers in a historic blowout that will be remembered as the re-birth of playoff basketball for the Boston Celtics. Not bad for a city that sent the New England Patriots to the Super Bowl and the Boston Red Sox winning the MLB Championships. It's a great time to be in Boston. The buyers and investors can take advantage of the program offered by Treasury Department called 1031 tax-deferred exchange. No gain or loss is recognized if property held for productive use in trade or business or for investment, is exchanged solely for property of a like kind to be held for investment. Any property held for this reason can be exchanged for like-kind property. Like-kind refers to the nature of the property. For example a townhouse an be exchanged for a single family rental, a commercial office could be exchanged for shopping center...any combination will work and this provides a great flexibility to the exchanger.

The 62,000 square foot mansion located at 515 N. County Road in Palm Beach, Florida, was purchased by Trump in 2004 in a bankruptcy sale for a mere $41.3 million dollars.
