President Bush's Hope NOW program is another source of relief for homeowners that find themselves in trouble. In addition to some of the other relief programs we have talked about in previous shows, this program offers those facing possible foreclosure a way to regain control of their financial situation. In this show we talk about the different situations in which this program can help and discuss what it does and how to get in touch with them.

This one is aimed right at the folks looking to get their home sold in 2008. If you are even considering selling your home in 2008, we will be talking about the right time to get your home on the market and what to do before you actually list your home with an agent.
